This is absolutely the most complete electric bicycle conversion kit with the most features on the market today. Don't be fooled by E bike kits that advertise power ratings on their motors of 500 to 800 watts. This is the peak power that the motors might reach, not their standard operating power. The 350 watt standard power kit will easily peak out at almost 700 watts.
Our electric bike hub motors exclusive internal 3 speed planetary gearing allows for more torque than a standard brushless motor. The motor efficiently operates in start-up mode, acceleration and on the flat road because the overall speed range of the motor can be extended by switching the stator current to flow through one or more segments of the stator winding, thereby dynamically adjusting the number of "active" turns of the stator winding. It has a higher torque at low speeds, providing good starting and climbing performance. The hub motor can operate efficiently at moderate and high speeds, and can be controlled using a simple control system. A three position rocker switch electronically provides for "low, medium, and high" speeds allowing the rider more torque with less battery drain on hills and in difficult terrain. The regenerative braking ability of our controller provide for longer battery life and greater range than that of an ordinary controller.
